AWESOME NIGHT!

I just wanted to take a moment and thank all of you who came out last evening for the first work night at the new building! You guys really got a lot done, and it was encouraging...and fun...to have everyone together in one place like that!

There's still a lot to do, and we still have to get the final approval for occupancy from the City of Covington on September 17, but I really saw the future last night, and it looks good!

As I've said before, we aren't going to a new building, we're going to another dimension: CHURCH IN THE NOW: THE NEXT GENERATION...

Bo Flanders (Pastor Debye's dad) working as he has worked in every building since we started!

I love seeing the KIDS IN THE NOW ministry coming together! Pastor Jason Jaros has such a great vision for it, and it's awesome to see him developing it in this very kid-friendly building!

We will be having work nights in the new building for the next three Wednesday nights...

I loved hearing all the laughter and great comments from everyone last night...

Our first official service in the new building will be Sunday, September 30...

CHURCH IN THE NOW EAST/CHURCH IN THE NOW ONLINE will continue to meet on Sundays at 10 (until we need to go to two services, which may be VERY SOON!), and Wednesdays at 7 PM...CHURCH IN THE NOW MIDTOWN will continue to meet on Thursdays at 7 PM and Sundays at 2 PM for COMMUNION BRUNCH...

We kept at it, repairing and rebuilding the wall. The whole wall was soon joined together and halfway to its intended height because the people had a heart for the work.
(Nehemiah 4:6 - The Message)

 The vision continues:

REAL PEOPLE
EXPERIENCING THE REAL GOD
IN THE REAL WORLD
