We definitely live in a kill the pain society, as Russell Simmons called it. We seem to have a need to label everything good or bad. Pain is associated with "bad". "Bad" seems to be unacceptable for whatever reason. We spoke before about how pain is an indicator of something that needs attention. Pain can be a great source to help us, if we allow it.

I know I was not in touch with my emotions well enough to appreciate them all for what they each bring. I thought emotions were somehow "fleshy" but, I have come to value each and every one. It is the way I experience this life. I am working on acceptance of whatever life brings while withholding judgement. Emotions are not wrong, they just are emotions.

On a side note....I would like to hear about divinity and humanity. It is referred to, as I see it, as if they were separate. What the definition of each is and if they are really different. I am tending to think there isn't a whole lot of difference between the two. Thanks. Looking forward to more episodes.
