7. CHURCH IN THE NOW EAST/CHURCH IN THE NOW ONLINE will continue to meet on Sundays at 10 (until we need to go to two services, which may be VERY SOON!), and Wednesdays at 7 PM...CHURCH IN THE NOW MIDTOWN will continue to meet on Thursdays at 7 PM and Sundays at 2 PM for COMMUNION BRUNCH...

ReplyDeleteI really had a wonderful experience at church yesterday. I normally cringe at the idea of visiting church. Most times I get bored, sleepy and leave early. Had lots of bad experiences with church and now it's a place I generally dread going. I've decided that my life is more peaceful if I detach from it. However, yesterday was the first time that I genuinely had a good time and didn't feel guarded
at church. I walked in and was greeted with hugs, lots of genuine love and no one knew me but they made it known that they were glad to see. Also, the sermon on happiness was just what I needed to hear- I laughed, felt convicted, and learned all at the same time. My belief in Jesus and the bible has been shattered, but I'm glad that I opened my heart up to the idea of visiting church in the now and I look forward to visiting again and possibly on a consistent basis. You draw people not just by what you believe, but also by the love you show. So, thanks for showing me lots of love!!!!
